The occupation council of deputies of the so-called Hola Prystan municipal district approved a new structure of the occupation administration.
According to the decision dated 15 January 2026, the staff of the occupiers’ apparatus will number 83 positions.
Another 6 people will work under the so-called “transferred state powers”.
Thus, a department has been created that will be responsible for internal, information, and youth policy.
Special attention has been given to departments of guardianship, patronage, and work with minors.
The structure also officially includes a department that handles “mobilization work” and the maintenance of the military registration office.
To govern the district’s villages, four territorial subdivisions were created: Hola Prystan, Chulakivske, Dobropilske and Prymorske.
Recall, Hola Prystan has been occupied by Russian forces since 24 February 2022. Along with Oleshky and a number of other settlements on the left bank of Kherson Oblast, it was among the most affected by flooding as a result of the Russians’ demolition of the Kakhovka HPP in June 2023.
