Temporarily occupied Kakhovka has become “the leader” in the number of properties appropriated by the occupation administration.
This was reported by the occupation governor of Kherson region, Volodymyr Saldo.
He claims that more than half of the objects that the occupiers call “ownerless” are in this city.
This concerns the housing of Ukrainians who were forced to leave the city due to the occupation or constant shelling. The occupation authorities claim that they are “putting in order” these apartments and houses in order to hand them over as official housing for «specialists» sent from the Russian Federation.
Thus, recently Saldo reported that 23 doctors and medical workers on the left bank of Kherson region received apartments from the so-called ownerless fund.
Earlier it became known that the occupational Kherson Regional Duma adopted “a law”, which details the mechanism for confiscating private property from lawful owners and transferring it to the occupiers.
