Investigators of the Security Service of Ukraine have changed the previously announced suspicion against Marat Katrechko, who is collaborating with the Russians in temporarily occupied Skadovsk.
This is reported on the website of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
According to the investigation, in 2022 Katrechko joined the structure of the so‑called Skadovsk military-civilian administration. He headed the housing and communal services department and immediately began implementing Russian standards in the work of communal services.
He also personally allocated the community’s equipment, construction materials, and fuel to service Russian military personnel. In particular, he organized repairs and outfitting of the building where the occupying administration was located, providing material and technical support for its operation.
In addition, Katrechko publicly presented himself as the head of the occupation authority and gave interviews to Russia-controlled media.
He is currently suspected of collaborationist activity (Part 5 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The investigation is ongoing.
Earlier we wrote that investigators of the National Police of Kherson region announced suspicion against Henichesk district resident Nataliya Cherevko, who headed the occupation administration of a village on the left bank of Kherson region.
