Volodymyr Zelensky awarded a state honor to the head of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work of the Kherson City Military Administration, Ihor Sierik.
The president signed the respective decree on February 24.
Sierik was awarded the order “For Merit” of the III degree.
Last year, the official was injured as a result of a Russian drone attack in Kherson. He suffered a blast injury and a concussion.
