In 2026, honorary citizens of Kherson and residents of the Kherson City Territorial Community will receive monthly targeted cash assistance.

The document provides for the provision of monthly payments during 2026 at the expense of funds allocated in the budget for social protection of the population. The amount of assistance is 4,323.50 hryvnias per month to each recipient according to the approved list.
The list of persons who will be provided assistance includes 28 honorary citizens of Kherson and residents of the community, in particular: Алеан Альперт, Юрій Беляєв, Елла Бенедик, Євгеній Вечерок, Лев Гладштейн, Василь Гайдамака, Олександр Гоноболін, Юрій Іваненко, Юрій Кабаченко, Анатолій Кичинський, Валерій Кулик, Людмила Ломако, Іван Лопушинський, Віктор Лушников, Мазуряк, Анатолій Марущак, Михайло Мілославський, Віктор Михайлов, Марія Пентилюк, Іван Пентилюк, Катерина Расторгуєва, Леонід Ремига, Борис Сандик, Павло Суворов, Галина Уманець, Володимир Чуприна, Володимир Шарковський, Григорій Янченко.
