The Department for Implementation of Humanitarian Policy of the Kherson Regional State Administration is buying 50 thermal mugs.
As stated on Prozorro, for one such mug the regional budget will pay 400 hryvnias. The total purchase will cost 20 000 hryvnias.
The supplier selected was entrepreneur Olha Bandura from Mykolaiv. The regional administration periodically orders flags.
It should be noted that the Department for Implementation of Humanitarian Policy of the Kherson Regional State Administration is headed by Violetta Tsarkova. According to KhODA data, last month she received 83 147 UAH in salary.
