Russian forces carried out another strike on one of the buildings of Kherson State University.
This was reported on Facebook by the university rector Oleksandr Spivakovskyy.
The attack damaged the roof and the ceiling of a lecture hall.
“Another shelling of a Kherson State University building. The classrooms are empty, mothballed… no military target. I have long since stopped mentioning the Geneva Convention… The barbarians do not understand rules, do not adhere to values and moral principles. They continue to wage war on education”, – he wrote.

Note that this is not the first shelling of the Kherson State University building. The previous attack occurred at the end of January. At that time the building’s walls were destroyed.
Overall in the Kherson community as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, 130 educational institutions were damaged, this amounts to 193 buildings and structures, of which: 59 gymnasiums and schools, 71 kindergartens, 9 vocational education institutions and 10 out-of-school education institutions.
