Today, February 23, at about 09:00 troops of the Russian army struck Kherson with artillery weapons. As a result of the attack, a man was killed.
The Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office press service reports this.
The man, born in 1978, sustained injuries incompatible with life. At the time of the shelling he was in the house.
