Independent deputy of the Kherson Regional Council Serhiy Khlan said that he discovered a “bug” in his car.
He wrote about this on his Facebook page.
According to him, it’s a GSM module (GSM bug).
Khlan claims that the car recently underwent maintenance, and at that time there were no foreign devices in it.
“This car recently underwent maintenance and it wasn’t there then, but as soon as I started criticizing some representatives of Kvartal 95 — oops, it appeared. So if someone is following me in real life, they’re probably following here too. Well, is it really so interesting to follow how I travel between the store, work and home? And you probably were looking for a Russian trace? Now whatever you say, everything is Russian IPSO…”, — said Khlan.
Serhiy Khlan was elected as a deputy of the Kherson Regional Council from European Solidarity in the autumn of 2020. In July of the same year he headed the regional party organization.
In September 2023 Khlan left Petro Poroshenko’s party.
In July last year he was elected chairman of the Kherson Regional Football Association.
