A Project Office “Development of Human Capital of Kherson Region” will be established in Kherson Oblast.
The relevant order was signed by the head of the regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
The Project Office will be created on the basis of the patronage service of the regional military administration. It will operate as a coordinating, consultative, and analytical body.
According to the provision, the office is to ensure a systematic approach to developing the region’s human potential, coordination of projects, and mobilization of resources for their implementation.
Among the main tasks are monitoring the demographic situation and the labor market, preparing and supporting projects in the fields of employment, education, and entrepreneurship, as well as providing analytical support for managerial decisions.
Another area of work involves attracting grant and donor funds for programs of social integration, support for small and medium-sized businesses, community development, and restoration of the region’s human potential.
