Occupiers accuse an entrepreneur from the Kherson region of embezzling funds allocated as “subsidies” for agricultural needs.
Pro-Russian media reported this, citing the occupation prosecutor’s office of the region.
According to the illegal body, the farmer provided fictitious documents about expenses for agrotechnological works. The amount of damage to the “regional budget” was estimated at over 410 thousand rubles.
As part of the case, the occupiers have already applied “preventive measures” and seized the man’s property. In particular, his car, valued at 680 thousand rubles, was seized. The case is now being prepared for consideration in the occupation court.
Recall, in December 2025 the occupation authorities announced the allocation of over one billion rubles of “support” to farmers on the left bank of the Kherson region.
