Velykooleksandrivska SVA commissioned the development of technical documentation for the normative monetary valuation of the community’s land.
As indicated on Prozorro, the contract worth 3 030 000 hryvnias was signed with the Institute of Land Management of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine.
The funds for these works will be allocated from the local budget.
According to the justification, the development of the documentation requires the application of specialized scientific-methodological recommendations and software, the rights to which belong to the Institute of Land Management. In particular, it concerns the use of the computer program “GIS system in the form of a WEB resource” and the corresponding database for calculating the normative monetary valuation.
Thus, the Institute of Land Management must carry out the land evaluation in six stages – from collecting the initial documents to creating the final calculations for farmland, industrial facilities and communications land.
