The head of the Kherson municipal enterprise “Servis-Opt” was officially appointed Oleh Zhuravlyov, who had been performing the duties of the company’s director since July 2025.

Zhuravlyov was appointed under a contract from February 10, 2026 to February 9, 2027.
Oleh Zhuravlyov is a Kherson pensioner. In October 2019 he registered as a sole proprietor (FOP) with his main activity being trade.
Before that, he worked at the Kherson Machine-Building Plant.
Recall that on June 10 Yaroslav Shanko dismissed the previous director of the KP “Servis-opt” Ihor Kolodyazhny. A few days before that, Kolodyazhny’s deputy Olha Antonishak also left her position.
As we have already written, Ihor Kolodyazhny came to Kherson thanks to the patronage of Vadym Hlushko. According to MOST’s sources, they not only worked together in the Kharkiv region but were also suspects in the same criminal case. Hlushko was even declared wanted in this case.
