The Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office ordered maintenance and routine repairs of its official vehicles.
As indicated on Prozorro, the total cost of the ordered services is UAH 250,000.
Under the agreement, the contractor undertakes to keep 18 of the prosecutor’s office vehicles in working condition. Among them are both new models — Toyota Land Cruiser 300 and Volkswagen Crafter 2024–2025 model years — and older cars, notably the Daewoo Lanos and Chevrolet Aveo.
The car maintenance services will be provided by Kherson LLC “Autoplaneta Plus”, which is owned by Lyudmyla and Tamara Romanova, each holding a 50% share. The company is managed by local businessman Dmytro Kharlanov.
Lyudmyla Romanova — the wife of Roman Romanov, who during Petro Poroshenko’s presidency headed the state concern “Ukroboronprom”, and now lives in the USA.
According to Ukrainian law enforcement, during the occupation of Kherson a group of pseudo-officials organized the illegal seizure of vehicles from local dealership centers. In total, 131 vehicles worth over UAH 47 million were taken. Among the companies from which cars were stolen was LLC “Autoplaneta Plus”,
