A video has appeared on social media showing the consequences of the destruction in temporarily occupied Oleshky on the left bank of the Kherson region.
This was reported by Ukrainian journalist Yuriy Butusov on his Telegram channel.
The footage shows a destroyed bridge, damaged streets, and destroyed private and multi-storey buildings.
Some apartments were burned out, the facades of buildings are riddled with debris, and in some structures windows have been blown out and floor slabs have been destroyed.
Earlier online a video from temporarily occupied Hola Prystan in the Kherson region appeared.
Hola Prystan, together with Oleshky and a number of other settlements on the left bank of the Kherson region, perhaps suffered the most from flooding as a result of the Russians’ blowing up of the Kakhovka HPP in June 2023. According to the Russians, as a result of the flood on the left bank of the Kherson region more than 60 people were killed.
