Two families with children were evacuated from shelled communities in Kherson region
This was reported by the Kherson Oblast police.
The first trip was carried out together with community police officers and representatives of the charity organization «Save Ukraine». From one of the settlements of the Bilozerka community most shelled by the Russian army, an elderly woman and her 16-year-old granddaughter were evacuated in an armored vehicle.
“Due to constant artillery strikes and drone attacks, staying at home has become too dangerous. Initially the family was taken to Kherson, and later accompanied to another region, where volunteers provided them with temporary shelter and further support”, – the police wrote.
