The Department for Civil Protection of the Kherson City Council has commissioned revisions to the design and estimate documentation for the reconstruction of the local automated centralized alert system.
As stated on Prozorro, the adjustment services were ordered from “Scientific-Production Enterprise Ozon S”. It is to update the design solutions for the alert system.
33,000 UAH will be paid from the local budget for the revisions.
According to the estimate, the main part of the expenses is directed to developing technical solutions for 165 outdoor alert sites and 96 indoor sites. The project also provides for the configuration of two broadcasting network control points and two automated workstations.
Under the terms of the agreement, the work must be completed by April 14, 2026.
LLC “Scientific-Production Enterprise Ozon S” has been operating since 2003 and specializes in the production of communications equipment. The company’s owners are Dnipro residents Leonid and Dmytro Eidelshtein.
According to the analytical system YouControl, LLC “Ozon S” is an active participant in tenders for the procurement of centralized alert systems in many Ukrainian cities. Last year the company won procurements totaling more than 5.9 million UAH.
