An occupation court in Zaporizhzhia Oblast sentenced a resident of Kamiansko-Dniprovske Raion to 12 years of imprisonment on charges of “espionage”. He was found guilty of passing information about the deployment of Russian forces, in particular on the territory of Kherson region.
This was reported by the occupying prosecutor’s office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
According to the version of the illegal investigation, the man allegedly contacted a representative of a Ukrainian special service via a messenger and transmitted data about the location of personnel, weapons and military equipment of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on the territory of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia oblasts.

The occupiers claim that the man was detained, and the mobile phone that was allegedly used to transmit the information was confiscated in favor of the state.
Earlier it was reported that the occupying Kherson Regional Court illegally sentenced 45-year-old resident Olena Kosenko for espionage.
Before that we wrote that the occupiers sentenced a 37-year-old resident of Kakhovka Raion – he allegedly publicly called for extremist activity on the internet.
