In the temporarily occupied Henichesk in Kherson Oblast, locals report the appearance of wild foxes directly in the city’s residential areas.
This was reported by pro-Russian Telegram channels.
Wild foxes are reportedly being seen near houses. According to locals, the animals are not afraid of people and move right under the windows of homes.
In addition, the foxes there are destroying domestic poultry and rabbits.
Recall that in the occupied village of Azovske of the Henichesk community a critical situation has arisen due to wolf attacks on domestic animals. The occupiers attribute this to an alleged shortage of food in the steppe.
Earlier, the problem with wolves that enter populated areas, was observed in the territory of the Velykolepetyska community. At that time the occupiers explained the wolves’ approach to the villages by drought.
