Despite constant Russian attacks, electricity in Kherson and nearby settlements is currently being provided in an uninterrupted mode. However, water supply is operating with interruptions.
This was reported on air of “Suspilne. Studio” by the first deputy head of the Kherson MCA Mykhailo Lynetskyi.
“Russian forces are deliberately attacking the wells of the centralized water supply. The situation with heating is worse. As early as last December the Kherson CHP, which provides half the city with centralized water supply, suffered a massive shelling. It is currently impossible to carry out restoration work,” — Lynetskyi said.
In addition, he said, the Russians attack utility workers with drones and artillery and try to strike boiler houses.
Recall, just yesterday due to Russian shelling of the Kherson region 1 person was killed, another 18 were wounded.
