The Kherson community received 1,086 electric convectors to support vulnerable population groups.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson MVA, Yaroslav Shanko.
It is noted that the heaters are intended for elderly people, persons with disabilities, and residents with limited mobility who live in damaged housing or have been left without centralized heating due to ongoing shelling.
To receive an electric heater, residents must submit an application to the district city council at their place of residence, the post says.
The assistance was provided with the support of the NGO “Tenth of April” in partnership with Mercy Corps and funded by the United Kingdom’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) within the project “Support for the Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM).”
