This concerns the bank building with a total area of 1,662.3 sq. m at the address: Kherson, Shengelia Street, 1. The starting price of the lot was 10,265,040 UAH.
Only one participant took part in the auction. The winner of the Dutch stage was LLC “Flinta Invest”, which purchased the property for 1,026,504 UAH with an auction step of 102,650.40 UAH.
According to YouControl, the company “Flinta Invest” was registered on July 16, 2025, that is, six months ago. Its main line of business is renting out and operating owned or leased real estate.
The head of the company is a Kyiv resident, Ihor Malyuk.
At the same time, according to the Unified State Register of Court Decisions, it is known that Malyuk was convicted of theft in 2016.
According to the case materials, at that time he worked as a tractor driver at the private agricultural enterprise agrofirm “Svitanok”. On the evening of April 23, 2016, while working in the fields on the territory of the Chervonyanska village council of Fastiv district, he drained 20 liters of diesel fuel from a service HTZ tractor into a canister, which he hid in the greenery near the field with the intention of later taking it and selling it.
The fuel was discovered by patrol service officers. In court he fully admitted his guilt.
The court found him guilty and sentenced him to a fine of 850 hryvnias. The court considered sincere remorse as a mitigating circumstance; no aggravating circumstances were established.
