In Kherson, as a result of an electronic auction, bank premises that belonged to PJSC «Prominvestbank» were sold. This concerns a non-residential building with a total area of 618.6 square meters, located at: Komkova Street, 94.

The starting price of the lot was 3,992,316 hryvnias. One participant took part in the bidding. The winner of the Dutch stage of the auction was Lukyanchuk Bohdan, who offered a price of 878,309.52 hryvnias.
The organizer of the auction was PJSC «Prominvestbank». The lot also included fixed assets in the amount of two units.
Lukyanchuk Bohdan has been registered as an individual entrepreneur (FOP) since 2011 in the Zhytomyr region. Primary KVED — renting and operation of real estate.
