The occupiers approved the so-called “personnel development program” for the left bank of the Kherson region, scheduled until 2030.
This is stated on the website of the region’s occupation administration.
According to the document, the biggest “personnel shortage” is observed in agriculture, construction, healthcare and education.
To overcome it, the occupiers plan to “retrain” 12,000 to 18,000 people each year.
In addition, it is planned to prioritize employment for veterans of the so-called “SVO” and members of their families.
The program also foresees creating conditions for the resettlement of Russian citizens to the occupied Ukrainian lands.
Earlier we wrote that the occupation administration of Kherson region acknowledged a critical situation in the education sector – over the past year only two teachers from the Russian Federation arrived on the left bank under the “Zemsky Teacher” program.
