The occupiers claimed an “abnormal increase” in the number of graduates who allegedly voluntarily choose to take the Unified State Exam.

In 2026, about 120 people are supposedly planning to take the exam according to Russian standards. According to propagandists, there were only four such people in 2023, and 34 in 2025.
At the same time, the occupation authorities report an acute shortage of teachers on the region’s left bank and a critical state of education.
Recall that in 2025, 56 thousand students completed their studies on the right bank of the Kherson region. In total, 4,300 eleventh-graders graduated from schools in the region.
