In 2025 landowners and land users of Kherson region paid 57.3 million hryvnias in land fees to local budgets.
This was reported by the press service of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Kherson region, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
The contribution of businesses and citizens was distributed almost equally: enterprises paid 30.2 million hryvnias, and citizens – 27.1 million hryvnias.
It is noted that land fees include the land tax or rental payment for land plots of state and communal ownership.
It was previously reported that 8 sole proprietors and companies from the Kherson community were exempted from paying the land tax in 2023.
Also, recall that during 2025 taxpayers in Kherson region transferred 5 billion 483.9 million hryvnias in personal income tax to the consolidated budget.
