The Main Directorate of the National Police in Kherson Oblast will repair the engine of a service armored Ford Transit 350.
As indicated on Prozorro, the cost of work and necessary spare parts was estimated at UAH 372,000.
The contract was concluded without holding open tenders. The contractor chosen was the Kherson LLC “Autoplaneta Plus”, which belongs to local businessman Dmytro Kharlanov.
As stated in the justification, an urgent need arose to sign a direct agreement, caused by the specifics of law enforcement work in the front-line region. In particular, this vehicle is involved in evacuating the population, carrying out stabilization measures, and performing official tasks on the right bank of Kherson region.
In the list of services to be provided by the contractor, it is indicated that the cost of the engine repair services themselves (disassembly, defect detection, cleaning and assembly) is UAH 99,300. The remainder of the sum – UAH 272,700 – is for spare parts and consumables.
