A notary from annexed Crimea, Marina Tsoy, arrived to work in the temporarily occupied left-bank part of the Kherson region.
The start of the notary’s work was announced on social networks by the occupation head of Kakhovka, Pavlo Filipchuk.
According to him, Marina Tsoy has been working as a notary for the so-called Kakhovka district (a territorial unit introduced by the occupation authorities, equivalent to a community, – МОСТ) since January 29.
As it was possible to establish, Marina Tsoy – is a citizen of the Russian Federation. Previously she lived in the city of Sterlitamak in the Republic of Bashkortostan in the Russian Federation. There she worked in local notarial offices, and after the beginning of the full-scale invasion she moved to annexed Crimea and continued to work as a notary on the occupied peninsula.
Now she also works in the TOT of Kherson region and holds individual appointments in the village of Tavrychanka.
Recall that last autumn the occupation governor of part of Kherson region, Volodymyr Saldo, acknowledged staffing problems in the field of notarial record-keeping. According to him, due to a shortage of specialists it is difficult for people to process documents.
