In occupied Henichesk, the Russian authorities registered the so-called Control and Accounting Chamber of the Henichesk municipal district. It will allegedly conduct audits of how local budget funds are spent, and will also assess the efficiency and economy of their use.
The corresponding information appeared in the Russian state registries.
Halyna Zubarieva was appointed head of the institution on the day of registration.
The Russian registries also indicate that Halyna Zubarieva’s tax identification number was issued in the Lipetsk region of the Russian Federation on 23 January 2026 and on the same day (the day the institution was registered) she was appointed its head. There is no information in the registries about Zubarieva’s participation in other organizations.
The sole founder of the newly created KSP is listed as the so-called Henichesk municipal district of Kherson Oblast, which under Russian law signifies a state form of ownership.
Earlier it was reported that in the so-called Skadovsk municipal district the occupiers also created an illegal Control and Accounting Chamber.
