The occupiers illegally sentenced a 37-year-old resident of Kakhovskyi district – he allegedly publicly called for extremist activity online.
This was reported by the illegal regional prosecutor’s office.
According to the occupying FSB, in November 2024 the man allegedly posted a text message on a social network that the Russians interpreted as a call for violence on national grounds.
By decision of the occupation court, the resident of the region was sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment. He will be sent to a colony-settlement to serve the sentence.
Earlier it became known that the occupiers sentenced a resident of Kherson region to 18 years in prison, who allegedly wanted to blow up a mobile communications tower.
