The occupiers plan to launch in the Kakhovka district a service «social taxi» for people with reduced mobility. The project will be financed by the Russian «Presidential Grants Fund», which allegedly allocated nearly 4 million rubles to this initiative.
This is reported by the illegal head of the district Pavlo Filipchuk.
It is stated that the program is aimed at assisting people and children with disabilities, as well as elderly persons (over 80 years old) who have limited mobility. The occupying administration promises to ensure the operation of the dispatch center, while the fund is to purchase a specialized vehicle.
According to the plan, at least 500 people are to use the taxi services for trips to medical facilities and other services.
Recall, according to the lawful authorities of Kakhovka, up to 10 thousand people now remain in the city itself.
