Investigators of the Security Service of Ukraine have announced suspicion against Kherson resident Dmytro Yevseyev, who cooperated with the occupying authorities.
This was announced in the notice of suspicion on the Office of the Prosecutor General’s website.
According to investigators, in August 2024 Yevseyev headed the sports department of the administration of the so-called Oleshky municipal district (territorial unit created by the occupying authorities, – МОСТ).
While in this position, in April 2025 he organized competitions on the territory of the Oleshky community, and in August 2024 he held a mini-football tournament dedicated to the Airborne Forces Day of the aggressor country. After that, Yevseyev received a letter of commendation from the occupation authorities.
In addition, he took part in events organized by the Russian party “United Russia”.
Currently Dmytro Yevseyev is suspected under Part 5 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (voluntary assumption of a position related to performing organizational-managerial or administrative-economic functions in illegal authorities).
