The High Council of Justice has decided to dismiss Olha Kysylova from the position of judge of the Kherson District Administrative Court.
This became known following the results of the HCJ meeting.
The basis for the dismissal was the resignation letter submitted by the judge.
Olha Kysylova was seconded to work at the Lviv District Administrative Court.
Note that Olha Kysylova was elected as a judge of the Kherson District Administrative Court for an indefinite term in September 2013.
