Kherson residents spend 15% of their salary on renting a one-room apartment. This is the lowest rate in Ukraine.
This is evidenced by data from the OLX Real Estate infographic.
A one-room apartment costs on average 3.7 thousand hryvnias.
Uzhhorod has the highest share of salary spent on renting a one-room apartment – 83%. The median rental cost here is 19.6 thousand hryvnias, which is the highest figure among regional centers.
Low rental expenses were also recorded in Zaporizhzhia (29% of salary) and Kharkiv (25%).
