Alla Holovata officially became the head of the Department of Social Policy of the Kherson City Council.
The relevant personnel changes were published on the Kherson City Council website.
Previously Holovata served as acting head of the department.
Before the appointment, she worked as the head of the department of state social inspectors in the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Suvorov District Council.
Her husband, Oleh Holovaty, works as the chief specialist of the civil protection department of the Kherson City Council.
The former head of the Kherson City Council’s social policy department Olena Ruzhis died in early June 2025.
