Residents of Kherson who remain in the community have become more attentive to issues of their own safety.
This is stated in a study conducted by the Charitable Organization “Kherson City Community Foundation “Zakhyst” within the project “Voice of Kherson Residents for Community Resilience and Recovery”.
In particular, the number of equipped shelters available to residents in the city has increased. If in September 2023 only 10% of respondents indicated that the nearest type of shelter to them was an equipped bomb shelter, by the end of 2025 such responses had become 24%.
Earlier we wrote that in Kherson 344 shelters have already been equipped.
