The occupation administration in the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region announced an alleged overachievement of the tax revenue plan for 2025.
This was reported by the occupation governor of the TOT of Kherson region, Volodymyr Saldo, on pro-Russian Telegram channels.
According to him, 15.1 billion rubles in taxes were received into the so-called budget of the Kherson region over the year, which, according to the occupiers, is 26% more than the planned figure.
The occupation administration also reports an increase in the number of registered entrepreneurs and companies, and almost five thousand businesses allegedly “moved into the white zone” and began using cash registers. A significant portion of the receipts, according to Saldo, was provided by personal income tax.
At the same time, the occupation authorities announced a strengthening of the fight against “illegal employment” and so-called “gray schemes” in 2026.
