In Kherson, 344 shelters have already been set up. The latest of them was inspected in the Korabelnyi district of the city.

The readiness of the new most basic shelter was inspected by the head of the Kherson MVA, Yaroslav Shanko. He checked the conditions for people to stay, the accessibility of the facility and its compliance with basic safety requirements.
The shelter’s total area is 200 square meters. It is designed to accommodate 280 people at the same time and is equipped with generators, power banks and stocks of drinking water.
The MVA notes that the shelter is accessible to people with disabilities, persons with limited mobility, elderly residents of Kherson and parents with children.
