The enterprise «Agrofirm – Dodola», which operates in the Kherson region and during the full-scale war endured nine months of Russian occupation, was honored with the «Golden Ear» award.

The award was received by the farm’s chief agronomist, Serhiy Fedak. The enterprise itself was founded in 2008. In 2022 its lands came under occupation, and after the territories were liberated the fields had to be demined. The farmers cleared most hectares at their own expense in order to return to work as quickly as possible.
The head of the farm, Vasyl Shtendera, said that even in difficult conditions and during drought, the No-Till technology, which the agrofirm has been applying for many years, helps to increase yields. For the results of work in 2023 he received a separate distinction «No-Tiller of the Year».
Currently the enterprise operates practically near the line of contact. Due to constant shelling and threats, work in the fields remains dangerous, however the farmers continue to sow and cultivate the land.
