The Department of Culture of the Kherson City Council will spend UAH 11.9 thousand to organize an event for Unity Day of Ukraine.
As stated on Prozorro, the department ordered 30 calendars and 20 mugs with an ornament.
The calendars were ordered from entrepreneur Maria Rokhman from Kropyvnytskyi. According to data from the analytical system YouControl, she has been registered as an individual entrepreneur since September 2024. Since then she has received orders for the supply of various printed products worth almost UAH 800 thousand. The Department of Culture of the Kherson City Council has also repeatedly placed orders with her.
The mugs will be supplied to the department by entrepreneur Tetyana Mantrova from Bilozerka. Last year alone she received orders for stationery, decorations and office supplies worth almost UAH 2.2 million.
It should be noted that the contracts with Rokhman and Mantrova were not published on Prozorro.
