The sea froze off the coast of the temporarily occupied city of Skadovsk in the Kherson region.
Photos of the Skadovsk promenade were posted on social media by local resident Oleksandr Kharchikov.
The photos show the snow-covered promenade and an ice crust extending into the sea for several dozen meters.

Over the past few days, Skadovsk has experienced frosts of -3 to -12 °C.
Due to the frosts, the community has experienced power outages. According to the occupation authorities, the power is being switched off due to a lack of capacity.
In addition, there have been disruptions to the water supply due to the lack of electricity. The occupation authorities have promised to organize delivery of technical water.
It should be noted that problems with water in Skadovsk have existed since December of last year. In some parts of the city there has been no water for several weeks.
