The occupiers have updated the lists of essential goods on the left bank of the Kherson region and set maximum allowable retail prices for them.
The corresponding order of the so-called Ministry of Industry and Trade came into force on January 13, 2026.
Thus, the maximum price for pork is 350 rub/kg, for chilled chicken — 225 rub/kg, and for frozen unprocessed fish — 250 rub/kg.
A liter of pasteurized milk was priced at 120 rubles, sour cream — 420 rub/kg, and cottage cheese (tvorog) — 515 rub/kg.
The price of sugar must not exceed 70 rub/kg, sunflower oil — 148 rub/l, flour — 40 rub/kg, and buckwheat — 60 rub/kg.
Dry baby formulas cost up to 1150 rubles per box, and canned meat — 1330 rub/kg.
Household soap (200 g) costs 70 rubles, laundry detergent — 220 rub/kg, and a roll of toilet paper — 21 ruble.
In addition, the occupiers set a limit on edged board at 24,500 rub/m³, cement (25 kg) — 350 rubles, and silicate brick — 25 rubles per piece.
