The High Anti-Corruption Court prohibited Yulia Tymoshenko from communicating with two MPs from the Kherson region. It concerns Viktoriya Vagner and Pavlo Pavlish.
This was reported by the Anti-Corruption Action Center.
Recall that on January 14 NABU and SAP announced suspicions against the leader of the party “Batkivshchyna” Yulia Tymoshenko under Part 4 of Article 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
She is suspected of having initiated negotiations with certain parliamentarians regarding “the systemic mechanism of providing illicit benefits in exchange for loyal behavior during votes”.
According to Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, on January 16 the High Anti-Corruption Court chose Tymoshenko’s preventive measure in the form of bail in the amount of UAH 33.2 million and imposed on her a number of procedural obligations.
