Investigators of the SBU in Kherson Oblast have modified the charges against Henichesk resident Olga Vladimirova, who voluntarily sided with the Russian Federation.
This is stated in the text of the charge, which is published on the website of the Office of the Prosecutor General.
According to law enforcement, prior to the full-scale invasion Vladimirova worked as the chief state inspector in the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Kherson Oblast, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
In May 2022 she voluntarily headed an illegally created passport and visa service branch of the Henichesk district police department and received the rank of police lieutenant.
Vladimirova was involved in organizing the issuance of Russian passports to the local population. To house the illegal passport offices, the occupiers used the buildings of the former employment center, the cinema “Ukraine” and a local restaurant in Henichesk.
As stated in the charge, Vladimirova not only administered the passportization process, but also took part in activities of agitation and coercion to obtain Russian citizenship.
For this, Olga Vladimirova is suspected of state treason (Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The investigation is ongoing.
