As of December 2025, 13 youth councils are operating in the Kherson region.
This was reported by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.
At the same time, in 2024 there were 15 youth councils in the region. Thus, over the year the number of these bodies decreased by two.


In total, 664 youth councils are currently operating in Ukraine. Of them, 624 are at the local level, 29 at the regional level, and 11 at the national level.
A youth council is a youth consultative and advisory body that can be established under state authorities and local self-government bodies. Its main goal is to involve young people in the formation and implementation of youth policy at various levels.
