On October 6, 2022, at around 12:00, servicemen of the Russian occupying forces shot a local resident in the settlement of Chaplynka, Kakhovka district, Kherson region.
This was reported by the Investigative Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kherson region.
According to the investigation, Russian military personnel were on Melioratoriv Street, where they killed a 38-year-old man with automatic firearms.
