In December of last year three heads of the Kherson Regional Council received 159 021 UAH in salaries.
These data were provided by Kherson Regional Council in response to MOST’s information request.
Thus, the head of the Kherson Regional Council Oleksandr Samoylenko received 174 708 UAH, of which 70 628 UAH – material assistance.
First Deputy Head Yuriy Sobolevskyi was paid 73 603 UAH.
Deputy Head Yuriy Vlasov, who is on downtime, was paid 12 142 UAH.
In addition, advisor Serhii Larionov, who is also on downtime, received 5 544 UAH in December. Another adviser Nataliya Kurylo received 3 133 UAH – payment for downtime.
Earlier we wrote that in December 2025 the head of the Kherson City Military Administration Yaroslav Shanko received 133 736 UAH in salary. The First Deputy Head of the Kherson City Military Administration Mykhailo Lynetskyi last month earned 144 543 UAH (including sick pay for November 2025 – 28 210 UAH).
