Information about the death of the commander of “Russian Volunteer Corps” Denis Kapustin was part of a special operation of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kapustin himself is alive.
This was reported by the GUR.
“The failure of the Russian special services ― the commander of the RVC Denis Kapustin is alive, and the half a million dollars received for his liquidation will strengthen the GUR special units”.
The GUR published a video in which the commander of “the ‘Timur’ Special Unit” reports to the head of the GUR, Lieutenant General Kyrylo Budanov. Kapustin is also present at the video meeting.
Budanov was informed that they had identified the sponsors of the crime from the Russian special services and the perpetrators. They also obtained the money that the RF special services had allocated to carry out the crime.
“As of now the commander of the RVC is on the territory of Ukraine and is preparing to carry out the assigned tasks”, – they reported to Budanov.
Kapustin himself reported on the video that “his temporary absence did not affect the work of the units”.
Budanov said that the funds received from the sponsors for Kapustin’s liquidation went to help the fight against the RF.
On December 27 the RVC reported that on the Zaporizhzhia front, while carrying out a combat mission, the commander Denis WhiteRex Kapustin was killed.
