The Kherson Regional Military Administration has set the new costs and meal regimes for children in educational institutions under regional jurisdiction for 2026.
The relevant order was published on the OVA’s official website.
According to the document, the cost of five meals a day has been established for children who stay in educational institutions around the clock with boarding. Thus, in 2026 it will be: for children aged from 4 to 6 years — 155.42 hryvnias; from 6 to 11 years — 192.27 hryvnias; from 11 to 14 years — 220.72 hryvnias; from 14 years and older — 235.24 hryvnias.
For children who do not stay in educational institutions around the clock but study with a stay of more than eight hours, three meals are provided. Its cost will be: for children 4–6 years — 93.25 hryvnias; 6–11 years — 115.37 hryvnias; 11–14 years — 121.38 hryvnias; from 14 years and older — 129.36 hryvnias.
Nutrition norms are separately defined for children participating in student events. For local participants, one meal (lunch) is provided at a cost of 86.43 hryvnias, and for children coming from other settlements — three meals at a cost of 172.86 hryvnias.
The cost of meals has also been established for students receiving specialized sports-profile education at the communal institution “Kherson Professional Sports College” — 551.63 hryvnias.
Recall that at the beginning of 2025 the cost was slightly lower.
