The occupation administration of Kherson Oblast approved new tariffs for services for handling solid municipal waste, which they plan to apply as of January 1, 2026.
The relevant order was published on a pro-Russian resource.
According to the document, the tariffs are set for the so-called state enterprise “Ecological Operator of Kherson Oblast” for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2026.
For residents, including VAT, the cost of services for handling solid household waste from January 1 to September 30, 2026, will be 344 rubles per cubic meter. From October 1 until the end of the year the tariff will rise to 478.85 rubles per cubic meter.
For other consumers, excluding VAT, the tariff in the first period is set at 401.89 rubles per cubic meter, and from October — 493.12 rubles per cubic meter.
The Russians did not publish any justification of the established tariffs to increase transparency.
Recall that in 2025 the Russians raised the tariffs for waste removal in the TOT of Kherson Oblast by 40%.
Earlier we wrote that the occupiers are also raising water tariffs on the left bank.
